Ram, abslotue useless service

Ram have failed to deliver my Rain sim card. Its me contacting them the entire time, they fail to call me back as promised and keep insisting that the sim will be delivered yet its a complete lie. I have taken off two days of work as they said they will deliver on that specific day and they send a mail to confirm that the parcel has been despatched. They are absolutely useless and I have contacted Rain about Rams lack of professionalism.
