RAM **** about my availability being not at home for my parcel
RAM scheduled a delivery of my parcel and promised to deliver on 22 November 2023 and failed to do so. When I track and check the status reason it says no one at home which is lies whereas I've been home and working from home. They should have called and check my availability to have proof indeed that I was not home. I know how couriers work, I once worked as a courier. Pity I won't be able to show screenshots here since it's not allowed.
Very disappointing for such a big company to act in this manner. Denting its reputation.

Installers came today and wanted to setup what RAM was supposed to deliver on 22 Nov 2023 and today is 23 Nov 2023. Installers charged me a call out fee for not finding what RAM didn't deliver. I promise I'm going to claim it from RAM.
