worst is understatement Ram is just greedy there's small companies it can out source in times where it has to much shipment to do. It's now two weeks waiting for my parcel to arrive it has been in Transit to the hub from last Tuesday so unbelievable.. customer satisfaction is important at this point RAM has failed us beyond .. why don't they preventative measures for high volume situations this is unprofessional Black Friday is always there every year just an excuse.
