RAM a **** and USELESS, will not use it ever!

Since an inefficient delivery company. Was expecting a delivery yesterday from cell c, guess what the package never arrived. What I don't understand is if they leave from midrand to Pretoria I should have received my package in the morning. The delivery address is right at the beginning of Pretoria when you come in from midrand. Their online tracking is useless because it gives you no precise information. Calling the customer service is ridiculous as well as they can't communicate with the person doing the delivery, whoever came up with that control was just an idiot. What is worse they told cell c that delivery was unsuccessful. They need to be honest because they never came to the office where they had to deliver. Only today they call to say they are coming to deliver. Frankly I couldn't get a rats ass because clearly all the time I was calling and informing them I will not be at the delivery address today were not communicated. I will never use this company if it's the last company to deliver. They are *****, useless and inefficient. I will not dare recommend them to anyone.
