RAM: A bunch of clowns

These people are absolute clowns. Called them today and asked them to deliver before 11h30. The consultant advised that she had spoken to the driver who said that he could not deliver before 11h30. And then the clown pitches up at 11h45 and was rude to my domestic who asked if he could returm in half an hours time. Am going to request that the package be returned to Cape Town and hopefully the company will resend using a decent courier service such as The Courier Guy which provides first class service.
