Hi.
Ram was suppose to deliver my phone of which It took 2 weeks to do that.
I was worried so I had to contact them and I spoke with Benny Mouer to their dispatcher and was told that I need to send my address and contact numbers and this guy never rep**** to my emails and no follow up.
My phone's were taken back to Vodacom and I had to re-do the whole process.
Ram staff is unprofessional and need training.
