I have been experiencing troubles with my delivery. This company continues to prove its inability to provide the service which they advertise. I have never experience such unprofessionalism until I was faced with RAM couriers. I have called in to correct my contact details which they continuously fail to do so. Furthermore, according to their online site I have been unavailable both at home and when called, however, every morning I receive an sms informing me that my parcel is out for delivery, and as a result, I am left sitting at home waiting on them, only for no one to pitch up. I have been sitting at home the entire week waiting,when i phone them they say they cant get hold of the driver and keep me on hold, its been almost a week and still no delivery of the parcel. Very disappointed with their s****s of delivery
