RAM

Two days in a row I have incurred extra child care services and extra call expenses waiting for Ram couriers to deliver my parcel from vodacom. On the same day they told me the driver lost the car keys however they told me to wait until they got bacj to me which they never did. On the second day they put me through to the driver who told me he would be in to deliver before 4pm. When the time came he stopped picking calls. Ram drivers are so useless and are not moving the vision of ram because they dont give a hoot whether you wait all day and more while they sit their lazy bums in their cars and not do their job. Ram must reimburse me all the extra costs I incurred paying extra fees for after after school care for my children because I had to wait for them
