RAM 2 weeks Collection delay
<p>The customer service at RAM is shocking, i have been waiting 2 weeks for a Vodacom devise to be collected from me. I have been calling everyday 2times a day and still not getting anywhere, The courier is always on his way,ut never arrives. The complaints manager promised 2 times already to resolve this and it still has not been done. Vodacom should stop using RAM for any couriers. It's unacceptable </p>
