Through no fault of theirs but because a third party supplier had a delay I could not take receipt of my parcel at my home address because I had left to go on holiday already. I left a copy of my ID with the person who was at my home address but RAM insisted on the original ID to be produced on delivery. Colin from RAM called me half an hour later to organise new delivery arrangements. I was on holiday in Shelly Beach KZN and he quickly redirected my parcel to Durban hub and my parcel was delivered to my holiday address a few days later. Very happy with the service from RAM.
