RAM

I ordered a Rain Sim card on the 31st of May. RAM couriers sent me a message Wednesday for delivery of the parcel. When I tracked the parcel later the afternoon, it said delivery failed. I received no phone call. I phoned the call centre and asked them to please make a note that the driver should phone me when he's at the gate as I stay on a plot. Thursday, same thing. This morning, I phoned the call centre again to please make a note of this as I've already paid upfront for a wireless line and a week in, I still can't use it due to courier not doing their job. I'm still waiting. Call centre lines are busy and no delivery or call attempt has been made. Furious!
