So today 23/05/2020 8am I receive an email and Sms that my parcel will be delivered ,fortunately the driver and his partner arrives at the delivery address hands me the parcel a few seconds later he tells me my proof of residence does not match my delivery address take my parcel and they drive off,I serious felt numb couldn't speak I was shocked to hell and gone ,like what on earth was that ,is it what you train them ,is it how you treat your customers its the first time I've experienced such nonsense I seriously need help pit didn't even have a chance to ask for their names and vehicle registration like wow driving all the way here wasting petrol to tell me such bull**** ...I'm not impressed at all I'm still shocked
