Rain to Ram not sure whose worse

Unfortunately you have to give one star to proceed further but I give 0 star rating.

They call you and hang up and then on the portal say they tried numerous times, then when you try call them back you have to keep hearing “our ram agents will assist You shortly” but they don’t.

Worst courier service ever, been waiting two weeks for rain to delivery my package but they debuted my account the day I ordered it... quick too take money slow on service

When you try get hold of someone on website it’s impossible and when, You try change address due to lockdown you also hit a dead end.

The courier drivers arrogance is flabbergasting and when you try provide details or get through to the call Centre the line drops and they don’t Bother to call You back either

SAVE YOURSELF TIME MONEY AND HEADACHES! Never use this company for courier services they are dreadfully terrible at what they say they can offer.
