Rain Sim undelivered
I purchased a rain Sim online. I received a message and email from ram couriers at 8:34am saying that my parcel is en route. It is now 12 o clock and I called in late to work because I need to Rica the Sim personally. This is a major inconvenience as I am now in trouble with my boss. Two phone calls to their call center resulted in me being put on hold indefinitely. What kind of company is this honestly?

Please note that the email that you received did state that the courier will deliver the parcel during the day before 17h00.
Did you not want for the parcel to be delivered at your workplace rather? You could wait for the parcel at work.
The time of delivery cannot be confirm at this stage.
