Rain and Ram

To be honest you don’t even deserve the one star useless. I should have just known you no good when I colleague ordered his sim card rain & Ram failed to let him know his wife won’t be able to accept it on his behalf even though he did say come before 12pm as he leave at that time for his shift, parcel returned. I ordered my parcel and was given an option of two addresses one to say that is my residence the other my delivery address the delivery guy didn’t deliver my package cos apparently my address doesn’t correspond how it’s the address on the dashboard. They returned with my sim. I am so ****ed I didn’t go to work cos I was sick I called Ram more than 8 times telling them I need the ETA cos I need to go to the doctor. No sim, no doctor cos of them I wasted my day that I will even have to take as unpaid. ????
