After signing up new contracts with Vodacom I was advised RAM hand to hand couriers would contact me to make delivery. With no prior notice I received a sms advising my parcel was out for delivery. Without prior notice I cannot stay home all day waiting. RAM refuse to leave the package with my wife. I contacted Vodacom because RAM do not answer any of their phones and do not respond to emails. Vodacom connected me to RAM who promised to arrive before 11am that day. I stayed home until 11h30 but RAM did not arrive. Next day the farce began again with an sms saying they will arrive that day. To date I have been unable to raise RAM on the telephone and have had no response to emails. I have given up on them and so should Vodacom.
