****PY COURIER AND RUDE MANAGER - MISSING PARCEL

What a terrible courier company! My order has been handed over to them to deliver to me however their driver gave my parcel to someone that does not even exist. The driver's name is Zachariah. I called the call center and they were unable to help me, they instead told me that they cannot give me the driver's numbers and that I need to wait for the risk department to investigate. This order is a gift and they are really wasting my time. I even spoke to their rude call center manager Rahitha that I could sense did not want to help me, I asked for a POD and he could not even provide that. This is so unacceptable because how can a courier company just deliver parcels to a random stranger without contacting me or informing me that they are outside so I could personally come and collect. I will not go with this and I need a solution asap !!!!
