Put phone down in my ear

After they failed to let me know when they delivered, I called the number on the sms(head office) who told me that's the wrong number. It's their sms but anyway I asked for complaints email address where I was told: I don't know. Then I said get it: I got a man on the line who refused to give his name and rather put the phone down in my ear as I speak too load for him. Convieniently putting it down when I asked for his name. This is a joke. You don't notify, you don't even give us chance to take time off our busy day to go wait for the delivery. You just deliver! Don't care if there is anyone there. Waisting time petrol airtime. This guy who put the phone down on me said he doesn't care if it was waisted, the client pays for it! Yes he said that! Now not only can you deliver at 17:00 cause it's too dangerous at that time. You also don't allow me to collect my own package at your offices for security reasons! Wow you guys must get attacked alot. Shocking! I will let your client know that they don't bother to call(i was told by client that they would arrange delivery with me) as they don't care to waiste their clients money
