Proper Poor Service
I called RAM this morning to inform them I would only be home after 3pm to take delivery.
At 1:30pm my security called to say RAM were at the gate. I told them I was 10 minutes away and would meet them.
I arrived home at 1:40pm and they were gone. They informed my security that they would be back in 10 minutes.
It is now 4pm and I am yet to hear from them or take delivery.
I’ve called call center who tried to call the driver but they did not answer.
This is completely unacceptable. I rushed home and changed my whole day to wait around for the delivery.
