Promises to deliver - doesnt!

I have received and email confirming my delivery is on its way for 2 full days, with numerous follow ups to find out when (more or less) the delivery will take place and no-one, not a single person, can tell me where my delivery is, besides that it is out for delivery! That does not help me, for 2 full business days, I am expected to wait around for this, whilst I have a business to take care of. Quite frankly, a contact centre should be able to assist and not tell me what I already know. Could you please assist in finding out exactly where my delivery is. I cannot wait another full business day for RAM to “tell me my delivery is on its way” but it never arrives.
