As at 17:10 I left my office with no sign of my delivery been made, and no communication that they were running late.

No one will deliver to me tonight and I will have to wait 4 days before my delivery will be made again.

My sincere apologies, parcel is out for delivery today and will get delivered without fail before you leave the office.

So surprise, surprise.
RAM finally got hold of me today and confirmed my package would be delivered between 10:00 and 12:00 today.
Its now 12:30...and still no delivery...
