Promised Delivery and even contacted only for me not to receive my phone. Lies that i was unavailable

I made an application and got approved for my Vodacom phone which i was very excited about. I received all communication regarding the delivery of my parcel. My Tracking number K***. This morning i received an sms that delivery will be made today. Further today a landline number ***) called me around 10:39 to ask if I'm available for delivery. The gentleman on the phone asked me to re confirm my address which i did. The gentleman said he is coming in immediately to deliver and i should have all documentation available for delivery. After that nobody came to deliver. I then contacted RAM to find out what was delay ,only to be told that i was unavailable for delivery. Which was utter lies. I'm very disappointed in the pathetic and poor service that i have received. I require for an investigation to be conducted on this
