Promise not kept by Ram

********* Business I recieved a private message from Ram on the 17th of December 2024, this is after a post on hello peter. I was advised that I would recieve my parcel by the end of the week. I've tracked my parcel on their website, and still the status hasn't changed, the parcel is still in Isando since the 4th of December. Thousands of South Africans are frustrated and are not able to get through on the customer service line. I think the only way is to drive to the Isando debot and go collect this parcel. This courier company should be listed and closed.
