Promise not kept

Another week anthor lie, still haven't received my parcel from clicks which RAM privately sent me a message to assure me I would receive my parcel by the end of the week. We'll it's Saturday, yet no parcel, yet noe answer, no feedback. Going for 4 weeks now. Really 😡😡
