Privacy infringement

I would like to lodge a complaint. I received a call from RAM on 29 June, the consultant asked me to confirm my name and address. I proceed to asked the consultant what is this call about. The consultant said she has a delivery from RAM which I was not aware of and this raised suspicions. However, all the consultant wanted to do was to confirm my personal details, name and home address as she read them out with me even having to tell her

I further investigated the matter with Vodacom as I have a contract with them, if someone didn’t order a phone *****ulently using her details, however, there was no record of such information or transaction made with Vodacom.

Furthermore, a few days later the 8 of July to be exact someone visited me at my home address, however, I never gave out my home address to this said person. This made my right to privacy infringed. The man confirmed knowing about the **** delivery call
