Power service

Hi I'm not happy with the service at Ram I was supposed to receive a parcel today 16th February no communication nothing and I made sacrifice of not even going to work so I can receive My parcel I tried calling them since 9:45 am to trace my parcel up until now I don't get straight answe from them .it's a real disappointment to deal with them I made arrangements online on the 9th that my parcel must be delivered today. I'm very unhappy I don't even have words to explain this.
