Poorest Service with Ram Couriers

I just got off the line with RAM Couriers for the second time, complaining about the same thing and still nothing is being done.

We ordered a parcel and was earlier than the given time, which caused no one to be home at that time - Thursday, 30th of April. We expected the courier to try and deliver the parcel on Thursday, 2nd of May, and so they did. But this time, the driver parked where no one could see him - coincidently saw him driving passed as I walked through our living room, he hooted only once. I ran outside and by the time I came there, he was driving off, not calling or waiting!! Ridiculous! I called Ram customer service and told them that I needed my parcel by today, 3rd of May, before 10am. The lady on the other side of the line assured me that the parcel would either be delivered in the evening or before 10 am, as I asked her. The driver stopped here at around 11:24, already LONG PASSED the time that I requested and the same thing happened again. The driver stopped in front of the gate this time, hooted once, called no one, waited about a minute and drove off!! Again, I couldn't get outside in time for me to receive the parcel! How many more days will I lose to get my parcel, which is extraordinarily important!?!?! It's absolutely the poorest service I have ever experienced with any courier!
