Poorest Service in South Africa hands down!!!!

Pathetic Service, been waiting 3 days now for them to collect and deliver a parcel and yet no show, went to tracking information to see whats going on and every driver selected by the system have been a no show...how is this company still allowed to operate with such care free people still blows my mind...i just want my money back so i can get a reliable courier to carry out the service that RAM cant and will never be able to do in a million years...
