Poorest service ever
I am very disappointed on how RAM handle my delivery that was supposed to be delivered today the 16th been calling the Customer service asking for feedback since 9am just to know how far or how long will the driver deliver my parcel but all I got was empty promise without feedback never will recommended this Courier to anyone bad service as I stay I Mamelodi black surbub my parcel was not prioritized I am not important right. I have cancelled my contract with Vodacom.
