Poorest couriers ever

This i don't get, you act asif you are the best courier company in SA, but your service is the worst.How can i pay for a overnight service and wait for 5 days. you loged in as business closed, but you arrived at 18:05. Of-course it will be closed. And if you have missed a delivery you should make this your priority the very next day,giving me a call apologizing. your apologize means absolutely nothing.So many has complaint in the past,and still nothing has changed. i will never use your services again nor will i refer you.
