Poorest courier service ever!!!

On Monday, 31/03/2020 my package was out of delivery. I stay on a farm which is not accessible from the road. I told RAM to inform the driver to call me when he is at the address provided so I could meet him at the gate. I have cameras at the gate and the driver did not show but did report that he was there. BS!!. I phoned the call center and after 32min someone answered. They noted that my package will be delivered the next day, Tuesday. This did also not happen. Again I phoned them and another 19min later the person whom answer again informed me that the delivery will be done on Wednesday. WTH!!. So now it is Wednesday the 1st April and the driver are still not showing. Their business ethics are a disgrace. I will ask the SP to use another courier company in future.
