POOR & UNRELIABLE COURIER SERVICE - RAM COURIERS

TFG used the services of RAM couriers to deliver our order, 2 parcels. The one parcel was due yesterday, but because of RAM couriers' poor service and failure to fulfill their duty, they logged it as failure to deliver because the client wasn't home. This is a lie as we were home all day waiting for our parcels.

Then we get an email message from RAM couriers that both our parcels will be delivered today - it is the end of business day and our parcels are still not delivered. RAM couriers is an unreliable courier service and should best be avoided.
