Poor training by RAM

Upgraded with new phone from Vodacom. Ram tries to deliver without checking whether I will be at work on that day. I am on leave, so the courier tells our reception he will come back next day (Wednesday) and I must have ID and proof of residence. I am there but no courier arrives. I do enquiry on the website asking when I should expect deliver. no reply. Enquire again, no reply. On Thursday I phone the helpline. Efficient lady says the parcel is back in the Cape Town warehouse and will be delivered on Friday. No delivery. On Monday I phone again to be told the parcel has been returned to Vodacom. Vodacom has not picked this up so I guess I have to start the whole process again. Surely everyone knows that just because you have a business address does not mean you have to sit there from 8 to 5 every day? All it takes is a call or sms to make sure that you are there?
