POOR SHOW ! NO SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE

I am awaiting a parcel K ********** . Complaint #451791, #451991 and #451993. On Friday morning ( 14/12/2018 ) I receive an email to inform me that the parcel is out for delivery. At approximately 09:00 on that morning I verify my delivery details with the RAM call center. By 16:45 that afternoon there is still no delivery. I call the RAM call center and was told by the operator that the parcel will be delivered before end of day. On Sunday, 16/12/2018 at 20:20 I receive an SMS informing me that my parcel is out for delivery. Nothing happens until on Tuesday morning, 18/12/2018 I receive another email to inform me that my parcel is out for delivery. Calls to the call center results in " The parcel is out for delivery ". My written complaints ( numbers listed above ) have no effect - no telephone call, no SMS, no email. Worse of all - I am still waiting for my parcel at 16:30 on Tuesday, 18/12/2018.
