Poor services and lack of professionalism

This is my second review on RAM couriers in 2024. I purchased an important product from Bash and they gave it to RAM to deliver it. On Friday, 02 August 2024, i received an SMS stating that my parcel will be delivered to me before 17:00. I waited the whole day until 17:30 in the office because i registered my work address. I was supposed to knock off at 16:30 and go to Gauteng. I left and while on my way i received a call from RAM driver at 18:30 stating that he failed to deliver my parcels because he had many deliveries and he will deliver on Monday. On Monday, i waited the whole day again in the office and refusing to go out because i want that product to perform my work. guess what? No, call or SMS or Email this time until 19:00 in the office. RAM is the worst courier service so far.
