Poor services and *********** CRM. ***********-*****

Possibly one of the most *********** courier companies in SA. Not only do they not deliver on time but the drivers lie about showing up and calling.

I’ve been urgently awaiting a parcel since Monday. The company gave me a time frame between 8am and 5pm for my parcel to be delivered. I cancelled all plans for the day and much to my dismay did not receive the parcel or even a call to inform me of its whereabouts.

Yet again today the company is sending me on a wild goose chase for the parcel - after several calls to their CRM I kept getting transferred to a call with the manager but was met with a voicemail on the other end of the line.

I finally got through to a customer relations agent who was seemingly the only one trained in capacity - he tracked my parcel and organized delivery after hours - ‘as drivers had already been dispatched for the day.

While I do appreciate Michaels efforts -having made me wait the whole day on Monday the least the company can do is ensure that my parcel is delivered on time the following day - or at least account for the delivery- or lack there of.

The courier service as a whole is one of the worst if not the worst - I will definitely not be using their services in future.
