Poor services
#*** We delivered urgent items from Clicks, We received confirmation that the order will be delivery 27 July, nothing received. We phoned and were advise that the order is out again on 28 July. Still not received. Today we received confirmation again that the order is out for delivery. The excuse is that THE CONTACT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY. This is a major lie, there is someone at home every day. We were not even contacted. I will never promote RAM courier, they do not do the deliveries on time or do not even phone.
