Poor services

I've never experienced such terrible service from a courier company. I've been receiving sms notifications that my parcel is on the way since Thursday. However, to my surprise, my parcel never got to me until I called(for the third time that is) and articulated my frustration. It was rather perplexing to have them say they called me repeatedly both on Thursday and Friday when they had my intercom number, 2 of my personal numbers and by default my sister's number by having the intercom number. Not even once in those two days did they call and say they're at the gate with my parcel. Not on my phone nor my sister's.

As if that wasn't bad enough, Musa, the person delivering my parcel, has the audacity to tell me "he doesn't work for me". I hope never to expect a parcel delivered by this company ever again. Now because of their incompetence, I am forced to travel without the package I waited for for days.

I'm terribly disappointed.
