Poor services

I did a rain contract wich wa supposed to be delivered by Ram..i was called yesterday and requested or instructed that i should be at home and wait for them and they are aound my area..drove back and within 4 minutes was home and guess what? I waited until 18:00pm without the driver coming. This morning i called and got hold of an agent and i was told driver was at my place and the was no 1 which is lies, the kids, aunt, grand mother all at home..then apparently i was called around 16:34 and couldn't get hold of me which is strange and according to them they send me and email requesting alternative address which never came through. Apparently was sent an sms as well which never came through.. sadly the agent seem to be reading a script as none if the above happened. Ram is a **** and unprofessional service provider that needs to be closed period and imagine waiting for 4 hours and today being muted for 20 minutes for requesting to speak to the team leader..wow this is the highest form of disrespect and poor servives
