Poor Service Ram Hand to Hand Couriers

Another sad story of band customer service from Ram

Ram is completely disinterested in customer service to end user as their focus in their clients that create revenue for them. Thus we need to escalate the poor service to the clients that use them maybe then then will listen when Ram starts loosing business accounts and decreased revenue. I am escalated my complaint to Vodacom to stop using Ram
