Poor service - RAM hand to hand courier

They arrived at my house I was minutes away and they were not prepared to wait or come to me, I then went onto the website and explained that I needed the delivery that same day as I was leaving for work the next day in Iraq, I have still not received a reply or response of any kind, today they arrived to deliver and refused to leave it with my son, even with a copy of my ID, the delivery staff are rude and arrogant, very disappointed
