Poor service Ram couriers and Rain

On the 2nd of February 2021 I bought Rain SIM card paid for it and I was told it will be delivered by Ram Couriers. They have been doing their run around til today I have not received my parcel I'm so upset I'm cancelling even rain because nobody is doing follow up on my purchase that I paid for. As of now I want nothing to do with them.
