POOR SERVICE RAM COURIERS!!
EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. RAM sent delivery out to the incorrect shipping address (error was advisedly on their side). Contacted their customer service department only to receive EXTREMELY RUDE, unhelpful and confrontational. EVEN THOUGH THE ERROR WAS ON THEIR SIDE, they will only do the delivery another day - this makes both the Client who shipped the package and RAM look very bad. As a business, I would DEFINITELY NOT trust RAM with my deliveries.

We would like to humbly apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused regarding your parcel, after carefully looking into the details of your order please note the address we capture is the address given to us by the company sending the parcels and if there is an error eventually from Ram side there will also be an error until the client calls in to correct it, we have updated and corrected the address based on how you want it to be and communication also needs to be sent to your supplier for authorization as our process and until authorized only then can we make the delivery.

I don't see any resolution being put forward, only excuses When will my parcel that you were PAID to delivery TODAY, be received? In addition, I again point out that the matter could have been easily resolved with simple courteous assistance from your Customer Service Call Centre.
