Poor service RAM courier
Terrible service. I was expecting a delivery from FNB from them on Friday by 14h00. They phone only at 15h00 and then make me wait. When I call the courier again his phone goes to voicemail. Both FNB and the company reschedule the delivery for 20 July before 14h00. The courier calls at 14h00 to tell me he is nearby and will deliver by 14h30. No deliver. I tried calling on numerous occasions and he is not answering. Tried the call centre. No joy. I emailed the call centre. No response.

21 Jul 2020, 10:05I sent all the details. Still haven't been contacted by RAM couriers with an explanation for their messup. Had a look at their Facebook page. Full of similar complaints as mine. They seem to not really care about customer service. I complained to FNB about them
Hopefully FNB will start to use a proper professional company going forward. Perhaps my delivery will come today........ Or maybe not
Waiting to see the story the courier comes up with today. Some people waited 5 days for their deliveries according to the face book page. I am on day 3 now.... Still waiting for my delivery.
