Poor service, poor communication skills, poor customer service

I have been waiting for my order for a week now past the due delivery date.. Not communication from them my life is on hold waiting for them to come till I gave them a call they promised to deliver before end of day which they did not keep. Still no communication from them. I'm still on hold do not know for how long
