Poor service in every aspect

This is the first time I have used Ram Hand to Hand Couriers. First impressions unfortunately last. I will never use Ram Hand to Hand Couriers again.

The communication notes from the courier driver was not adding up. This continued for 3 consecutive days.

I call daily to remind the delivery operating clerk that the delivery destination closes at 15:30pm. Please know, every time I call, the operating clerk confirms my information; cell number, delivery address ect. After speaking to the fifth customer service clerk today, because the call was dropped every time, I was informed that my details were incorrect and as a result thereof, my package could not be delivered.

My package is now out for delivery for the four day, with allegedly no where to go.

The '100% see-through' task is imperative for a business like a courier service. Lack thereof results in poor service and disrepute.
