Poor service from RAM hand to hand couriers

Ram couriers management/supervisors & a driver in the Bellville South Cape Town branch and Ram couriers management/supervisor/s in Johannesburg, these are the individuals who are unable to deliver a parcel properly and unable to deal with a customer correctly. I have never dealt with so many people belonging to a single business who ,collectively dont know whats going on, my tracking no is WIRE01-***6, i ordered a SIM card and expected delivery from RAM today(11/07/2019), the driver wasnt able to find my place of business and ended up trying to call me, no problem, i ended up explaining where i was, still no problem. When he arrived with my SIM card he did NOT want to accept my proof of address consisting of my ADDRESS, my NAME and my I.D number, i also had my green i.d book with me. Problem. He instructed me to phone the Johannesburg office to have them confirm to him that my documents are correct because he wasnt happy with them, but he(the driver) insisted that he would leave and deliver my parcel later in the day as soon as he received the phonecall from his superior, the call took less than 5 mins but he wouldnt wait. A RAM manager had confirmed that my documents were correct but the driver had already left in a huff. Long story short, i still havent received my parcel today and the supervisors in jhb did not return any of my calls, the managers in bellville did not even take any of my calls, all they do is put you on hold until the phone goes off, every consultant you speak to say they are going to contact the driver and have him deliver...but nothing happened. Im a very unhappy customer and i wouldnt recommend RAM hand to hand couriers to anybody. To the supervisors who avoid customers' phonecalls and the driver who is unable to recognise documents, i refuse to contact RAM again and i am very interested to see when they will end up delivering my paprcel.

Very poor service RAM, your driver has a company phone and he wont even make the document confirmation phonecall himself.
