Poor service from Ram hand to hand couriers

I'm extremely disappointed with Ram's poor service. On the day they should have delivered my parcel, an email was apparently sent in the morning. The problem? I received that mail well after they call me to say a driver is at my address with the parcel.

By that time I'm at work so I can't get the parcel. So I try to make it easier by giving them my work address so it can be delivered at work. Despite this, the next driver goes to my place of residence instead of work. So again I can't receive it because I'm at work at that time.

Again, to make things easier, I phone Ram when I'm at home, get through the customary long wait. I tell customer service, a lady who introduced herself as Kwena/Koena that I'm at home and can receive delivery at my residence.

Now she tells me that the parcel can only be delivered at my work address (remember, the second driver went to my home address even after I had given them my work address). The net result? I'm still waiting for my parcel.

Pathetic service, complete disregard for customers, even after they try to make things easier. If you're reading this, I would think twice about using Ram's services.
