Poor service from RAM hand to Hand Courier

I was sent an sms to inform me that package was going to be delivered. The driver went to the wrong area even though my correct adress was on the sms. I was phoned three times to verify my adress but no package. On the 2nd day no sms but I was phoned when I asked for package to be delivered later as I was not at home. They told me it could only be delivered the next day. Day three I have waited an entire day from 8.00and is now 16.54 and still no package.

I tried to call the call centre number on Google. I waited twice and call was disconnected. The second call I waited on the call for 11 minutes before it was disconnected.

I tried to fill in the webform but was repeated told incorrect captca and it was a blank screen

I wonder if I am ever going to get the goods I bought from Yuppiechef.

Unacceptable level of service. There moto of seamless from A to B is a joke.
