Poor service from Ram
Good day. It's more than a week now that Ram are suppose to deliver sim from Rain. After sorting out problems with Rain yesterday i recieved sms from Ram that my package is on the way. Day nearly gone and still no delivery. The previous time Ram phoned me and stated that the driver said we didn't have proof of adres. When i told her she is lying so could not get hold of driver. Can't believe that a courier company have such poor service

05 May 2022, 16:06The same lies again. No miss call shows on my phone. And if they try to phone me and i dont answer. Why don't they send a sms to inform me that they aren't able to contact me. Very very lame excuse!!!!!!!!! Thats why i am saying that Ram service very very poor. No follow up or nothing. ***. Ask them if they are using the right number because last week they could phone me afte 18:00. Very weird

Can you supply me with contacted number of a manager at Ram please. Maybe he will be clever enough to use the tracker on the delivery vehicle to see if the driver did his job or not. Thank you very much
